Tuesday, September 8 – Vocabulary List #2 distributed. We will apply the elements of the short story to a fable. For Thursday, students will need to bring in a favorite children’s story (something very short). If you do not have one, I will bring in extra copies of stories. We will analyze the story to see if we can identify the elements even in what may seem a simple story.

Wednesday, September 9 – Writing Workshop: begin drafting first entry.

Thursday, September 10 –Vocabulary Exercise #2 due. Continue of analysis of the children’s stories.

Friday, September 12 – Writing Workshop. Vocabulary Quiz #2
